(1) Who are you?
An Bu in ancient Tibetan, means 'Me'. It's the house of me, the house of you. We are an artistic luxury brand that sells Art and not Style. Our products are lovingly made of the best quality leather, and the utmost artisan craft. Every range is a unique art piece that you can wear on yourself, or gift a loved one. Every An Bu is meant to be an occasion, a celebration of your true self. One that makes you a loved part of our very select family.

An Bu is Head Quartered in Mumbai India.
(3) Where can I buy your products?
An Bu is available on our website, www.houseofanbu.com. We are currently shipping within India only. But very soon you will find our presence across the globe.
(4) What Payment Options do I have?
1. All major Indian and International Credit / Debit Cards
2. Net Banking
3. We do not support COD (Cash On Delivery) for now.
We use highly secure payments gateways supported by Citrus and PayPal.
Please note that Shipping charges and Standard GST rates are applicable on all orders above the MRP of each product.
(5) Can I Return/Exchange my ordered products?
Sure! You can.
But please note that in Certain Products, such as BESPOKE and LIMITED EDITION products mentioned on the Product page are not valid for returns or exchanges. In case of returns/exchanges for such a product, you shall receive a credit voucher worth the value of your product, valid for 30 days. For Shoes, We do not have a return option; only an Exchange for Size is available within 7 Days.

(6) How do I know which Shoe/Boot size I should pick?
We’ve got simplified size charts that should help. If you’re still unsure of your size, you’re welcome to reach out to us on +919372496448 or drop a mail on email@example.com and we will try to get your best fit.
(7) How can I/we work for you?
Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your area of interest and resume. If we click, you are welcome aboard.
(8) Where is my order?
Please be assured your order is with us. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, which concludes the contract between you and An Bu. The confirmation email will include a description of the products purchased in the order and certain other information about your rights to cancel the contract between you and An Bu. Once the payment is done, you will receive another email with your tracking number once your order is packed and dispatched.
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date your order is dispatched but incase of delays/non-delivery, please read on our ‘Shipping and Returns’ Policy.
If you have an account with us you can retrieve your shipped date and tracking number by going to your order history. This will appear once it’s been shipped.
We recommend you open an account with us in order to be able to see the status of your order.
(9) How long will my refund take?
It is mandatory that you write to us on email@example.com with your Order No. and Full Name along with reason for Exchange within 7 days of having received your product. Once we have acknowledged your email, you will be required to ship your product back to us at: An Bu, Y-Wing, 1103, Golden Rays, Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai -400053, Maharashtra, India. Ph: 9372496448 (Mon-Fri 11AM-6PM).
Upon receiving the product back in its original condition along with its tag intact, and Quality Check, we shall the initiate your refund or exchange as per your request.
We would require a further 8-14 Business Days to process your exchange. We typically Issue a Cheque or Wire it back into your account.

(11) Can I amend/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel your order once we've received it, as it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Please make sure you're happy with everything before you confirm your order at the checkout page.
If you would like to cancel your order you can do this once the order has been despatched. Please send them back to us using the address label in the box and fill out the return reasons on your return form. You can also refuse the parcel when our courier attempts to deliver; they will automatically return the item to us.
(12) How can I change my account information?
You can change your account information by clicking on 'LOGIN/REGISTER' at the top of the homepage, enter your e-mail address and password and your account information will be displayed.

(13) How secure is my account information?
Completely secure. An Bu’s online store is committed to protecting the security and privacy of your information. For details on the security of your transactions, please see our privacy page and our Payment options.
(14) I cannot remember my password. What do I do?
Do not worry!, you can use the "Forgotten Your Password" link on our LOGIN/REGISTER page. Enter your email address and click "send email". We'll send you an email with a link so you can reset your password, this will expire within 30 minutes for security reasons.

(15) Can I change the email address registered to my An Bu’s account?
Yes, LOGIN to your account and go to "MY PROFILE". Please type your new email address and current password and click "SAVE UPDATES", your email address is now updated.
(16) How do I add an address?
LOGIN to your account and go to ADDRESS BOOK. You can add a new delivery or billing address at the bottom of the page.
To avoid any payment issues, please make sure that your billing address is updated with any changes.
(17) I need to change my default billing and/or delivery address, how can I do this?
LOGIN to your account and go to "ADDRESS BOOK". You can choose the address you wish to use by clicking on SET AS DEFAULT. You can also edit or remove any addresses that are currently saved in your address book in this section of your profile.
(18) How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to the An Bu’s newsletter?
You can subscribe to our newsletter by submitting your email address in the “SIGN UP FOR OUR SUBSCRIPTION” section at the bottom of our homepage or, by using the homepage pop-up that will appear when you enter the site for the first time. Alternatively you can select to receive "News and Offers" when creating an account.
If you would like to stop taking advantage of our latest offers and updates, you can use the "unsubscribe" buttons at the bottom of any of our newsletters.
(19) How can I close my An Bu’s account?
We are sorry to hear that you would like to close your account with us; you will need to contact our customer service team on email@example.com with the following details:
Your full name
Your full Billing Address
Your registered email address
Once we have these details, we can delete your account.
If you would like to reinstate your account you will need to create a new one, as we do not hold on to any order history or customer details.
(20) My soles are worn out, can you replace them?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to re-sole our footwear.
(21) What do you mean by UNIGENDER shoes/boots?
Unigender is a term coined by us, which means unisex.
(22) Are the styles of shoes/boots different for Men and Women?
Our style of Shoes/Boots is unigender, which means they are unisex. So it can be worn across all genders though we have different sizes available for each gender for that perfect fit.
(23) How long will my BESPOKE order take to complete?
Orders under ‘BESPOKE’ are processed after you have placed an order, all orders and may take 10-20 Business days. Please understand, as these are ‘customized orders’, executing them for your utmost taste can time. We do not promise that ‘BESPOKE’ products will be delivered at the estimated time period mentioned here. However we will try our best to deliver it at the earliest.
Also, orders under ‘BESPOKE’ are not applicable for Returns or Exchanges. Due to volume orders under ‘BESPOKE’, orders may be delayed by a few days.
(21) My problem is not listed here?
