Mesa Verde, was a city a millennia ago, on a land which is now Colorado. Mesa means tabled land, hidden from the roving eye. A shire very far from all shires, a place of lost art and culture. Someone dreamt of kites, shaped as fish. And we fell in love with the idea of something so seemingly trivial,  carries a history so significant.
