There is a distinct influence of parallel lines, and straight edges in the ancient civilization of South America.  An attempt to create shapes that were easier to carve on wooden stamps. We connect to this grid aesthetics, the flexibility of design that cuts through various mediums, and expands the application of artistic motifs on a much diverse range of canvases.
